Herculano is a
Certified as CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, PMP, Accountant, Administrator, and MBA in Business Management, registered auditor (Brazil's CNAI BACEN), with a background in Deloitte, with 28 years of experience in risk management consulting projects, systems auditing, internal audit outsourcing, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, among others. Herculano is a member of ISACA as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional. He initiated, developed, and coordinated the enterprise risk management consulting and systems auditing division at Deloitte - Rio de Janeiro office. Herculano has experience in international control standards, notably COSO (widely used for Sarbanes-Oxley alignment), COBIT, and ISO 17799. Among his clients are companys such as Ambev, Mitsui, Previ, Johnson Wax, Invepar Group, VLT Carioca, British American Tobacco/Souza Cruz, Central Bank of Brazil, Opportunity, Generali, among others.
